Go to the recycling portal to receive a free shipping label or select the print less option for a drop off location near you

STEP TWO

Clean out your empties by giving them a quick rinse to prep them for recycling

STEP THREE

You can use the packaging provided in your recent order or use your own recyclable packaging

STEP FOUR

Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it in the mail or take your package along with your QR code to a drop off location

At Patchology, we're committed to reducing our impact on the environment, and we know that every little bit counts. That's why we're proud to offer a free "send it back" program for your beauty packaging from us (or any brand)! We believe that by making it easy for our customers like you to recycle their empty containers (aka "empties"), we can all make a positive difference for our planet.

Here's how it works: Simply collect your empty beauty containers and send them back to us using the pre-paid shipping label. We'll take care of the rest, making sure that each container is properly recycled or reused. It's easy, it's free, and it's one more way that we're working to create a more sustainable future.

How To Recycle

We do not recommend using local recycling services for your beauty products, as they will likely not actually be recycled.

Most local recycling facilities are quite strict with their regulations and don't accept a large majority of beauty products. Small beauty products can halt the recycling process so they aren't widely accepted at your local recycling plants.

We’re working with HANDLE to make sure your efforts to recycle aren’t in vain. If you’re a US or UK customer, it’s best to send all of your empties to us for recycling – it’s free and easy!

Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack both offer recycling programs for beauty packaging from any brand throughout the US. Just look for their Beautycycle locations in store.
Space NK stores offer recycling for the UK.

Most local recycling facilities are quite strict with their regulations and don't accept a large majority of beauty products, including Patchology sachets. Small plastics can actually halt the recycling process and therefore aren't widely accepted at your local recycling plants.
HANDLE accepts the following: All types of bottles, tubes, pots, lids and pumps, makeup compacts, aluminum packaging, razors (handles only), toothbrushes, eyelash curlers, makeup brushes, hair brushes and sachets.
They do not currently collect eye gels, face wipes, or sheet masks. You cannot return metal, glass, aerosols, or liquids.
