      Love the mask, frustrated by the site

      I absolutely love this mask, use it all the time; have purchased, re-purchased, and purchased some more! Truly amazing! However, the purchase, check-out and promos at Patchology can be frustrating for a loyal shopper! First, the points system has changed. Second, you can’t use points if there’s any kind of sale or promo or you forfeit the sale price. Above all, there are glitches in checkout. Just now, I kept losing my loyalty gift by adding additional items to my cart and had to purchase in two batches. Also, Patchology was out of Hydrate in all but the two-packs for something like 2 months and the 2 packs are difficult to use bc the two masks get tangled. But the masks themselves are fantastic and so are most Patchology products—just wish they’d sort out the promos and website to make things easier on customers!
