Give Your Skin a Break
“Giving your skin a rest from makeup is always a good idea, it allows it to breathe. A lot of makeup is loaded with chemicals so it’s extremely important to let your skin rest sometimes. Focus on skincare that is full of antioxidants and organic ingredients — it’s almost as important as taking your makeup off before you go to bed.”
